Is SSL Monitor free?
Yes. The Free plan monitors one certificate and notifies one contact at no cost. A contact is an email address or a KingsChat username. Paid plans are billed in Espees.
Do I need KingsChat?
Yes. KingsChat is the only way to sign in. There is no email and password registration.
Can I inspect certificates without monitoring them?
Yes, after you sign in. A one-time inspection does not use a monitoring slot.
How are subscriptions paid?
You pay the plan price in Espees through hosted checkout. The subscription starts only after the server confirms the payment. Monthly renewal is a new payment. Automatic recurring charges are not used. Annual billing is twelve times the monthly price.
What happens when a subscription expires?
There is a grace period. After that, the workspace returns to Free limits. Extra certificates are suspended and kept. They are not deleted.
Can I upgrade?
Yes. Upgrades start when the Espees payment is confirmed. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.
How frequently are certificates checked?
More than 30 days remaining: every 7 days. 15–30 days: every 24 hours. 1–14 days: every 12 hours. Expired certificates: every 24 hours. Paused certificates are not checked.
